URGENT – Services CANCELLED – Please read

To the family of Duff’s Church,

As you are well aware, COVID-19 has begun impacting our lives in a great many ways. In order to keep our community safe and healthy from this quickly spreading virus, the Session and I have made the decision to close the church for March 15, March 22 and March 29.
Hopefully we will be able to reopen and resume services by Palm Sunday, April 5th, however, until you are informed differently, there will be no gatherings at Duff’s Church ie) no worship, no meetings, etc. For now, Robyn and I will be maintaining our regular office hours and the parish nurse will let you know about when her programs will resume.
Until further notice, the AGM is postponed.
Please keep in touch with me and/ or your elder should you need anything. We want to know about health updates, how you are doing through this and what we can do to support you. You will receive worship notes in the form of prayers and meditations for the weeks when we are unable to gather as a community. Please know that you are being held in prayers for safety and good health.
In the meantime, wash your hands, watch for symptoms – sore throat, persistent cough, high fever, nose and chest congestion – and seek medical attention as necessary.
As ever, God is our refuge.
Peace to you this day and always,
Rev Jane
